Custom Designs

For any custom enquiries, email me at saturnine.flo.w@gmail.com. For under 18s, please have a parent or guardian reach out to me on your behalf. Here is my process for custom garments:

Get in touch and describe the garment you'd like, send me some photos of inspo to get a clearer idea. I will let you know if that's something I can do. If this is for a specific event, please ensure a minimum of two month's notice.

A deposit is to be paid which covers the exact cost of materials, this will vary. Once materials have been purchased this deposit is non-refundable. You will be informed before I make the purchase.

Be available for a fitting if necessary. Not all garments need this. Once you get in touch and we discuss what you'd like, I will let you know if a fitting is required. For under 18s please ensure a parent or guardian is present at your fitting.

The final cost is based on hours worked. My hourly rate reflects the national living wage of £11.44 per hour. The deposit will be deducted from this final price.

Lastly, choose your desired shipping method and pay for shipping according to your chosen service. There is no set shipping price as different services vary.

Payments can be received via bank transfer and you will be sent an invoice breaking down the final cost and providing my account details.
